A circular bronze medal depicts a winged woman in relief, her gown rippling as she steps right. She wears a scaled breastplate and a crown with radiating spikes. Her right arm extends forward, while her left hand grips a round shield. Two shields flank her: one bearing a bundle of rods and an ax between the letters "R" and "F," and another decorated with vertical stripes. A small monogram sits at her feet.
