A circular bronze medal, aged with a warm brown patina, features a three-masted sailing ship traveling right over textured water. To the left, a stylized sun with straight rays sits on the horizon. The phrase "CONSTRUCTIVE CHRISTIAN CITIZENSHIP" in raised capital letters curves around the top and right edges. Vertically stacked between the ship's masts and the right edge are the dates "1620" and "1920."
