A vertically oriented cream-colored sheet features a large, light-tan rectangle centered on its surface. Small brown spots are scattered across the page. In the lower left corner sits a circular stamp marked "24.586," while a handwritten "A 3094" in ink occupies the lower right. The top edge of the paper is irregular.
