A vertically oriented lithograph depicts two people with light skin tones in a doorway. One stands with her back turned, wearing a wide, light-colored gown and a dark mask. Beside her, a man in profile wears a black top hat and tailcoat while examining a small card. A crowded interior is sketched beyond them. Inscribed below the print are the words "UNE CONQUÊTE" followed by "Madame Alcibiade."
