A horizontally oriented plum brocade fragment features rows of small, golden thistles atop green leaves. Each thistle head is crowned with a fringed top, while the three leaves at the base curve outward. The pattern repeats in staggered horizontal rows across the dark, woven surface. Golden metallic threads glint against the deep plum background. The strip shows frayed edges along the top and bottom, with loose threads visible.
