A circular bronze medal, finished with a dark brown patina, depicts five stylized figures building a tower atop a jagged, stepped arch. Centered below the arch, a round emblem holds an "MR" monogram. Raised block letters curve around the border: "HONOUR TO THE CREATOR AND BUILDER NEW YORK MCMXXIX" along the top, and "ROERICH MUSEUM" at the bottom. The cast relief details have a matte, slightly grainy texture.
