A vertical woodblock print depicts Matsumoto Koshiro IV, a man with light skin tone, standing beside a large water barrel on our left. Facing our right, he looks back over his shoulder, wearing a striped kimono under a red and tan checkered robe with a floral crest. Two swords are tucked into his belt. Black calligraphy marks the barrel and appears in a column on our right.
