A horizontally oriented tan paper folio is inked with rows of black script punctuated by red and gold. Two thick red vertical lines divide the text into three sections, with a solid red circle centered in the middle block. Faint script lines run across the bottom margin of the aged paper, while narrow columns of text occupy the left and right margins, separated from the center by bold red lines.
