A horizontally oriented weathered tan paper is inked with rows of bold black script (see "Inscriptions"). Two thick vertical red lines divide the folio into three sections. In the center, a large red circle punctuates nine rows of text. Two similar circles sit in the side margins amidst smaller script. Fine lines of text run along the top and bottom borders. The composition is rendered in gum tempera and ink.
