A bronze medal consists of a circular design in raised relief with a muted gold patina. A curved sickle juts from the lower left, its blade sweeping upward. Two vertical grain stalks flank the center, standing parallel behind the sickle to intersect the angular serif inscription THAT SHALL HE ALSO REAP. This arrangement divides the text into four segments. Light highlights smooth surfaces and sharp edges against darker variations in the metal.
