A circular bronze sculpture depicts a winged child with short, curled hair standing on a horizontal line. The figure holds a laurel wreath in each hand, one lowered to their left and the other raised to their right. To the figure's right, the word GLORIA is inscribed in capital letters. The warm, bronze metal has a smooth surface, and the figure is rendered in rounded relief with soft, plump limbs, their right leg stepping forward.
