A circular white ceramic plate, its surface textured with fine, netted cracks, features a centered scene in black and gray ink. At the center, a stylized gray elephant stands facing left, flanked by two tall black palm trees. Atop the elephant, a small figure sits on a patterned blanket. Overhead, two black birds fly; below, wavy lines and small fish swim. The composition is framed by a wide, flat rim against a stark background.
