A warm brown, bronze medal depicts a muscular nude man in relief. He balances on his left foot with his right leg kicked outward, holding a sphere to his shoulder while reaching his left arm forward and looking up toward the right. Angular block letters read "19RT36" and "REJOICE OH YOUNG MAN IN THY YOUTH." The figure is sculpted with defined muscles, and the circular medal has a smooth, even patina.
