A warm brown bronze medal with a smooth patina features two circular reliefs. One side depicts a muscular, nude man balanced on his right leg with his left extended, pressing a sphere against his neck. Text beside him reads, "REJOICE OH MAN IN THY YOUTH." On the reverse, four nude men stride right, their muscles defined and arms pumping. Two large birds soar above them, while a lithe dog sprints below.
