A vertically oriented charcoal and graphite drawing on gridded paper depicts several figures. Centrally, a man in a jacket and trousers leans back with his head tilted upward. Behind him, a woman in a long gown and head covering stands and grasps his hand. To our left, two helmeted figures walk away. On our right, another figure raises one arm toward the sky. Sketched birds fly through the clouds above.
