A circular bronze medal, aged with a matte brown patina, has a thick tree stump with sprawling roots sitting at its center. Two saplings with lobed leaves rise to our left and right. Behind them, a sun disk with jagged rays rises from the horizon line. Subtle highlights accent the raised relief of the foliage and bark, which stand out against the medal's smooth, uniform surface.
