A horizontally oriented etching and drypoint in brown ink on tan paper overlooks a tranquil harbor. To the left, three low posts punctuate a sandy bank, while a sailboat with a towering sail sits on the right. Centered, a two-masted ship rests on water sketched with fine, horizontal strokes. Distant, skeletal vessels line the horizon under a faint, circular sun. Scribed in the lower left is 'Seymour Haden 1870'.
