A golden-brown bronze medal features a relief of a stylized figure reclining in sleep. Large, drooping leaves canopy the figure while a radiating sun appears at the upper right. A small snail with a coiled shell rests near the head. Along the lower circular edge, embossed capital letters read "THOU SLUGGARD." The sculpture is defined by soft, rounded limbs and smooth surfaces within its circular frame.
