A horizontally oriented etching in black ink on off-white paper features a massive drawbridge raised at a steep angle. Dense lines define the truss structure towering over a shoreline cluttered with wooden debris. A river flows toward industrial buildings and a distant arched bridge. Horizontal strokes create a sky filled with billowy clouds. Pencil handwriting below the plate reads "Jack Knife bridge" and "Edwin Kaufman."
