A circular bronze medal with a polished silver-colored surface features a nude man facing our right in profile. Balancing on one foot atop a small mound, he reaches upward toward five stars scattered across the top. Stylized clouds and sharp rays radiate from the bottom edge. Raised block letters curve around the border and read: "TOO LOW THEY BUILD-WHO BUILD BENEATH THE STARS."
