A silvered medal displays two circular faces. On one, a man's profile tilts back against stylized, geometric wings. Inscribed text reads, 'ALL PASSES ART ALONE ENDURING STAYS TO US,' 'THE BUST OUTLASTS THE THRONE,' and 'THE COIN TIBERIUS.' The second face depicts a nude man leaping from billowing clouds toward radiating sunbeams and stars. Arched text reads, 'TOO LOW THEY BUILD WHO BUILD BENEATH THE STARS.' The matte metal surface features smooth, shaded contours.
