A circular, matte gray medal depicts a stylized figure in profile, head tilted upward. Smooth, wing-like forms sweep across the top in low relief. Embossed capital letters border the edges: "ALL PASSES-ART ALONE ENDURING STAYS TO US," "THE BUST OUTLASTS THE THRONE," and "THE COIN-TIBERIUS." Subtle shadows define overlapping shapes and the signature "R.H. RECCHIA." Light reflects softly off the metallic surface.
