A circular gray medal depicts a nude male figure in low relief, arching upward from stylized clouds. Facing our right, in profile, his head is tilted back and arms reach toward the top edge. Four five-pointed stars and radiating lines surround him. A rim inscription reads: "TOO LOW THEY BUILD - WHO BUILD BENEATH THE STARS." The metal has a smooth, matte surface, and the figure's long torso is subtly muscled.
