Description
In this object, Venetian Flat Point needle lace is worked on a small section of the green card, which is in turn attached to a piece of coarse, plain weave linen. On the back of the linen is a paper label, indicating that at one time this object was in the collection of Florence L. Cohen.- The Ikle and Jacoby Collection of Laces and Embroideries. The Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland, OH (April 25-June 3, 1962).
