A bronze medal is cast with two circular faces in raised relief. On one side, a doe stands beneath leafy branches, head turned back toward a leaping fawn. The words ETERNAL VIGILANCE arc around the border. On the other, two vultures with hunched shoulders and folded wings perch on a gnarled branch. The word DESTRUCTION arcs along the top edge in capital letters, framing the scene.
