A circular bronze medal with a warm, golden-brown patina features a large woman's profile looking toward our left, her head draped in a smooth veil. To our right, four smaller figures in long robes stand in a cluster. Capital letters on our left read THE WISE VIRGINS. Subtle highlights define the raised relief and smooth surface of the figures against the medal's flat field.
