A bronze relief medal depicts three shirtless, muscular men on a ship's deck. Centrally, a standing figure grips a strap cinched around a crate. To his right, a man kneels, reaching upward. To the left, a smaller figure stands with his arm raised. Angular block letters reading 'GOOD WILL TOWARD MEN' curve along the rim. 'LO MEDICO' is inscribed above a lattice pattern at the base.
