A circular brown bronze medal depicts four figures in relief. Centrally, a topless woman stands holding a scythe behind a man kneeling to gather wheat. Two children sit beside them, one next to a sheaf and the other clutching a small bundle. The phrase "PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS" arches around the top edge in raised lettering. A picket fence lines the bottom, while the textured surface highlights the warm, earthy patina of the metal.
