A circular bronze medal depicts a relief landscape with a dark brown patina. On our left, the word CREATES is inscribed vertically, and TRANQUILITY is on our right. In the foreground, three figures stand on a rocky ledge: one with his back to us, another kneeling, and a third pointing toward the background. The scene includes rounded trees, a small house, a cow, and a church spire against the textured surface.
