A horizontally oriented woodcut in black ink depicts a vast lagoon beneath jagged, distant mountains. Fine, rippled lines represent the water, dotted with small boats and clusters of buildings labeled TORCELLO, BVRAN, and MAZORBO. On our right, a large cloud contains the head of a bearded man with light skin tone, labeled AQVILO and VLTURNVS. Beside the letter G, he blows straight lines of air toward our left.
