A circular bronze medal depicts a muscular, nude man seated cross-legged within a shallow recess. Facing forward with arms raised, he holds stalks of grain, his long hair flowing behind his shoulders. Below the figure, several corn stalks grow upward from the bottom edge. Inscribed among the plants in capital block letters is "TO REAP." Small initials are engraved to the right, just above the stalks.
