A dark brown, bronze circular medal depicts a muscular man with long hair kneeling on his right knee. He faces left, holding a vertical staff in his left hand while scattering seeds with his right. Above him, two ethereal, elongated figures swirl around a large central disc. The shirtless figure has defined musculature highlighted by a dark patina. Raised capital letters along the bottom curve read "MAN MUST SOW."
