A dark brown, bronze round medal depicts a muscular man crouching and facing left. He holds a long staff in his left hand while dropping seeds from his right. He has long hair pulled back and a defined physique. Above him, two ethereal figures with flowing forms swirl around a large central circle. A seedling sprouts to the right. Raised block letters along the bottom curve read "MAN MUST SOW."
