A horizontally oriented lithograph depicts five towering tree trunks standing along a sunlit riverbank. Fine vertical hatching defines the bark, while shadows cast from the right stretch across a pebbled foreground scattered with large rocks. To the right, clusters of delicate, light-filled leaves overlap the trunks. A wide river spans the middle ground, reflecting soft light. Handwritten text and initials are inscribed in the lower right corner.
