A circular bronze medal depicts two muscular nude men shaking hands. The man on the left wears a cape draped over his back, and the man on the right holds a leafy branch. Above them, the inscription "PSALM 133" is visible, while the circular border features text about brethren dwelling together in unity. At the bottom, the word "BRETHREN" is centered, with small initials "P.D." near the right figure's feet.
