A circular bronze medal, finished with a smooth golden-brown luster, features two sides in raised relief. One face depicts a woman holding a small figurine atop a globe, her profile facing a horse's head beneath a lone star. The reverse displays a hand gripping a tool over a drafting compass and square. Around the border, the words "THIS ABOVE ALL TO THINE OWN SELF BE TRUE" are inscribed in clean, uppercase letters.
