A circular bronze medal features a warm, golden-brown metallic finish with polished surfaces. At its center, a hand reaches from the right, gripping a vertical sculpting tool. Behind the hand, a pointed drafting compass and a right-angle square overlap. Encircling the rim, raised capital letters state "THIS ABOVE ALL TO THINE OWN SELF BE TRUE." Glints of light catch the smooth bronze, highlighting the depth of the intersecting geometric and sculptural forms.
