A horizontally oriented ink and wash drawing depicts two figures at a table. On our left, a capped peasant seated on a barrel blows into a steaming bowl. Across from him, a satyr with a leaf wreath and goat legs looks on while resting on a woven basket. German script is at the top, while Latin text borders the bottom. Fine hatching and gray shading define the figures against the aged paper.
