A stoneware sculpture depicts a bird with a round, bulbous body resting on three short, tapered legs. Facing left, its dark brown body is patterned with small, evenly spaced white spots. A long, blackened neck extends upward to a small head with a pointed beak and a circular eye. Textured and rough, the surface is marked by dark vertical streaks running down the sides.
