Description
The metalworkers of Luristan provided the Assyrian empire with elaborate bronze ornaments and vessels. These two situla have symmetrical decoration—one with ibexes drinking from an overflowing water jar; the other, with sphinxes.- Year in Review - Nineteen Hundred Sixty.
