Watercolor and ink on a vertically oriented vellum page depict a circular green labyrinth within a landscape under a streaked blue sky. Below, an empty rectangular panel sits above a golden basin flanked by two horned faces. A decorative border to our right blooms with a blue lily, red berries, a flower-filled vase, and two butterflies. Fine red lines frame the sections against the cream parchment of the open book.
