A vertically oriented lithograph in grainy black ink depicts people in light skin tones caught in a storm. Toward our upper left, a man floats with arms raised and mouth open, near a small animal. Below him, a fallen tree trunk stretches diagonally. In the foreground, another person lies among swirling papers. Thick diagonal strokes and white lines suggest frenetic motion. In the bottom margin, inscriptions include a number, the title Tornado, and a signature.
