A shallow stoneware vessel forms an irregular circular plate. Its muted tan interior is defined by broad, reddish-brown streaks sweeping diagonally across the surface like scorched, painterly brushstrokes. These overlapping marks cross faint concentric ridges left by the potter's wheel. A matte landscape of fire-licked patterns fills the vessel, framed by an uneven rim. Below, a soft shadow pools, anchoring the rounded, earthy form.
