A gilt bronze relief depicts the goddess Diana in profile facing left, patches of the gilding worn away to dark bronze. Her hair is arranged in wavy tiers pulled back with curls trailing from the nape. She wears a draped garment over her shoulders. Small holes are pierced through the top and bottom center of the vertical oval plaque.
