Description
This is the title page from a series of 24 etchings connected with the commedia dell'arte, a form of comic theater developed in Italy during the 1500s. The actual title and inscriptions are related to a carnival song and dance from Naples.- purchased from (Jan Johnson, Montreal, Quebec)
