A vertically oriented hanging scroll with ink on tan silk sparsely depicts two sparrows on a plum tree. A dark, textured trunk sweeps from the lower right toward the center. One sparrow on a slender branch peers down while the other looks upward. Delicate branches with small, pale blossoms extend toward the upper left across the silk. Vertical calligraphy and a red seal mark the lower right.
