Description
Rick Dillingham's practice of breaking and then reassembling his own ceramics was inspired by the artist's time spent working at archaeological sites in New Mexico. Dillingham's technique is immediately apparent in this vase's cracked, patchwork appearance.- {{cite web|title=Vase, 78-5|url=false|author=Rick Dillingham|year=1978|access-date=20 December 2025|publisher=Cleveland Museum of Art}}
