A horizontally oriented print in black ink on cream paper depicts a bridge spanning a river. Fine, sketchy lines form dark vertical piers supporting a walkway toward buildings and a square church tower on the right bank. Thin horizontal strokes create reflections in the water, while vast sections of the foreground and sky remain empty, leaving much of the textured paper visible to the viewer.
