A horizontally oriented etching in black ink on off-white paper depicts a cluttered urban scene. At the center, a man in a cap sits in a chair, clutching a cane. Surrounding him, signs read "DISPOSSESS," "1985," "FOR RENT," and "MEAT CHEAP." To our left, a "ONE WAY" sign points right. Figures stand behind a grid-like fence at the lower right, while a woman walks away. Rough, scratchy lines define the composition.
