A vertically oriented lithograph in grainy black ink depicts a seaside scene from above. At the top, a pier extends from the right into textured, undulating water. Below, a walkway scattered with small, dark figures cuts horizontally across the image. The bottom half consists of heavy shadows and architectural forms defined by dense diagonal hatching. These fractured, cornered shapes create tiered platforms where more silhouetted figures gather amidst a dark landscape.
